The Photo for Inspiration:

I was inspired by the theme and colours for my mixed media style card.

To make my card I used the Concord & 9th Set called our house and I found this set a bit daunting at first as it has so many dies! Once I got started though I really enjoyed putting this house together:)

 Hello again:) Today I have been playing around with this Poinsettia die from Memory Box - it's an oldie from my stash but I still love it.

I made my background using a piece of bubble wrap and ink - so fun!! Finally adding some gold liquid pearl dots to finish.

Hello Sweet Friend

Hi there:) Today's Card is one that I made with bits 'n' pieces.

I made the pretty background with a large Hero Arts Background stamp called Bursting with Love which I white embossed before adding distress inks.

The cute scene is from a Hello Bluebird set called 'Feeding the Birds' which I coloured with Copic Markers.

My Card

I was inspired by those beautiful minty leaves in the inspiration photo for my mixed style card.

For my card I used the Spellbinders vivid bloom set and a Clearly Besotted sentiment. I don't use these colours very often, so I had fun playing around with this colour scheme.
