Party Bound

Hi again! Today I am sharing a fun card that I made using the adorable stamp from Penny Black called Party Bound. I enjoyed making the background using 4 different inks and stamp daubers to create a pretty patten which I then spritzed with perfect pearls for a little shimmer.
